Donate Cash

In any amount, great or small, you can make a tax-deductible cash donation through our web site, by phone, by faxing or mailing your donation. You can donate by check or by using your American Express, MasterCard, Visa or E-check. No matter how you decide to make your contribution, HVO will send you an acknowledgment letter that can be used for tax purposes.

Our web site offers a secure and easy way to make your donation. After completing the on-line form, you will immediately receive a confirmation that your donation has been processed.

Donate by Mail or Fax

In order to mail or fax your contribution to HVO, use our printable donation form. This form can be mailed to us at: 1900 L Street, NW, Suite #310, Washington, DC 20036 or faxed to (202) 296-8018. Please make checks payable to “Health Volunteers Overseas.”

Become an Ambassador-At-Large

Sign up for HVO's recurring gift program. You can elect to make a contribution to HVO on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. By becoming an Ambassador-at-Large, you have the opportunity to increase your support of HVO and to reduce our expenses. Click here to download the form.

Give a Tribute Gift

If you would like to give a gift in honor of or in memory of a friend, colleague or family member, fill out the appropriate information in the designated section of the on-line or printable donation forms.

Planned Giving

You can leave a lasting legacy at HVO by including us in your estate plans. A bequest to HVO can help you and your family reduce or avoid estate taxes and at the same time ensure that HVO will be able to continue to make important educational strides in the improvement of health care in developing countries for years to come. Workplace Giving

HVO participates in many local, state, and private workplace giving campaigns across the country, including the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Consider designating your workplace gift to HVO CFC #12147, United Way #0342.

Support Orthopaedics Overseas programs through contributions through OREF. There are two ways to support Orthopaedics Overseas via OREF, either through their Annual Campaign or through the Orthopaedics Overseas Endowment Fund. To learn more about these options, click here.
